In our Northwest Florida area, buyer demand continues to outpace the supply of homes. I’m seeing properties that have sold in a matter of days with multiple offers on them. This trend has increased in the last month, which tells me that we have a lot more buyers coming our way.

Reviewing our 12-month supply of homes only confirms the fact that we’re definitely in a seller’s market. Supply is low, demand is high, and we are seeing an increase in home prices across the board. It has also become a lot easier for buyers to get loans.
If you’re a seller, however, this doesn’t mean that you can ask any price that you want. It does mean, though, that you should be listing your home now.
